Some of you may have wondered what was going on behind the sheets of plastic covering the entryways to the Reference Services Area recently. A quick glance at the area confirms that there definitely have been some improvements. The renovation project is now complete, and the redesign includes:

  • More student seating
  • More collaborative learning and individual study spaces
  • More online reference materials
  • More student computers
  • Expanded Art Exhibits
  • New Paint and carpet

The Reference Desk resumes its summer schedule, which is Monday-Thursday 9 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and closed Saturdays and Sundays.

Currently, there a number of community stations located in the 24/7 area for community users. You will need to get your community pin and show your ID at the Circulation Desk prior to using the computers in 24/7.

Here’s a look at our shiny, new Reference Area!
